The Blue & Gold  Banquet
Is Right Around The Corner

Planning for this event is in full swing.  We are  needing 1  or 2 parents 
from each den that would be willing to help coordinate the Blue and Gold potluck 
with me.  (I would hope that it would not be den leaders!) We are open to & 
looking for fresh ideas!  These individuals would not do all the work, but 
would serve as coordinator for their den to solicit help with up, clean up, 
decorations, etc.  My goal is to see each den contribute equally as our pack has 
gotten quite large.  There are small errands that need running there will be set 
up the day of, we'll bneed help during the event & there will be cleaning up 
afterwards.  If we divvy things up it will be easy on everyone!

For those of you who don't know what the Blue & Gold Banquet is - it's our 
biggest party of the year.  We'll have a potluck dinner, see a slide show with 
highlights from the past year's events & have an advancement ceremonies for all 
our hardworking scouts.  It's a lot of fun & it means a lot to the boys.
 
We can piggy back onto the Pack Committee Meeting this Sunday evening (6pm at 
elena's place before the general committee meeting) or we can set up a time 
that works well for all.
